Bookings & Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all courses, workshops, Distance Healing sessions, and Past Life Regression sessions in order to secure your place or appointment.
Treatment Sessions
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you and often involves preparation prior to your session. If you need to cancel or reschedule a treatment appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Appointments changed or cancelled within 24 hours may incur the full session fee.
Past Life Regression Sessions
Past Life Regression and Soul Regression sessions are booked as extended sessions of approximately 3 hours. Due to the preparation and time allocated, a minimum of 48 hours (2 business days) notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling requests. Sessions cancelled within this timeframe may be charged in full.
Payments can be made securely online via card, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods at the time of booking.
Packages, Gift Vouchers & Special Offers
All packages, gift vouchers, and promotional offers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
These are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Workshops & Course Refund Policy
Refunds are only offered if a workshop, course, or event is cancelled or significantly changed by Radiant Lion.
Please choose carefully before booking, as refunds are not provided for change of mind or changes in personal circumstances. However, where possible, students may request to transfer their booking to a future course date.
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days prior to the course commencement date. In cases of unexpected illness or emergency occurring within 7 days of the course, transfers may be considered at the discretion of Radiant Lion and may require supporting documentation such as a medical certificate.
All workshops and courses require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If minimum numbers are not met, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered either:
a full refund,
a credit toward another offering, or
a transfer to another available course of equal value.
Please allow up to 8 business days for any approved refunds to be processed.

Clients understand that Reiki, energy healing, meditation, intuitive guidance, Past Life Regression, Soul Regression, and related services are complementary modalities designed to support relaxation, self-awareness, personal growth, and wellbeing. These services are not intended to replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, or professional healthcare treatment.
Clients are responsible for informing Radiant Lion of any medical conditions, mental health concerns, medications, or relevant personal circumstances that may impact participation in sessions or courses.
Results and experiences may vary from person to person, and no guarantees are made regarding outcomes, healing, emotional shifts, spiritual experiences, or personal transformation.
Participation in all services is entirely at the client’s own discretion and responsibility.
