Reiki Level 1
REFRESHER COURSE

Have you been thinking about Reiki Level 2, but it's been a while since you completed Level 1? Or perhaps you learned Reiki elsewhere and would like to refresh your knowledge and confidence before taking the next step.

Some Reiki schools teach all three traditional symbols in Level 2. In my courses, I choose to introduce the first Reiki symbol in Level 1 because I find it helps students develop a deeper connection with the Reiki energy and creates a stronger foundation before moving on to Level 2. I also find it makes the Level 2 course feel less overwhelming.

If you wish to complete Reiki Level 2 with me, you'll need to have received your Reiki Level 1 attunement and have learned the first Reiki symbol. If your original Level 1 training didn't include the first symbol, or if it has simply been years since you last practised Reiki, this refresher is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with the practice and prepare for the next stage of your journey.

During your refresher we will revisit the foundations of Reiki, refresh your practical skills, review self-treatment and treating others, and, if required, I can teach the first Reiki symbol and provide the appropriate attunement so you'll have everything you need before progressing to Reiki Level 2.

During your refresher you will:

• Refresh the foundations of Reiki Level 1

• Practise hands-on Reiki techniques

• Review self-treatment and treating family and friends

• Build confidence in sensing and working with Reiki energy

• Learn the first Reiki symbol (if required)

• Receive the Level 1 attunement (if required)

• Have plenty of time to ask questions and receive personal guidance

Refresher sessions are available as a private one-on-one session or in a very small group, allowing plenty of time for personalised support and practice.

Whether your goal is to continue on to Reiki Level 2 or simply to reconnect with a practice that once brought you peace, I'd love to help you rediscover your confidence. This refresher is designed to gently meet you where you are and support you on the next step of your Reiki journey.
